Client’s Challenge
Located in the Dominican Republic, a beautiful house had been built a long time ago and needed renovation in some specific areas. The client contacted us to remodel the kitchen, specifically, and he came to us with very clear and concise ideas about the sober and modern look he wanted on it. The challenge was to design this kitchen remotely, guaranteeing top-quality finishes, to rent the house for Airbnb Luxe.
Focus
- We focused on making sure that the selection of finishes and appliances in the area were high-end.
- It was of utmost importance to guarantee the functionality of the kitchen to optimize the culinary experience for anyone.
- We wanted to create a feeling of openness in a small space with the correct use of colors and materials. Dark wood cabinets serve as the kitchen’s anchor, creating a striking contrast to the crisp white countertops. This play of light and dark accentuates the sleek, modern look of the space while adding warmth and depth. Dark wood provides lasting elegance, while white countertops amplify abundant natural light, creating an illusion of spaciousness.
- We use AI software to test easily and effectively different combinations and furniture options to ensure the sobriety and elegance that the client was looking for.
Results
A luxurious and striking kitchen was achieved with top-notch finishes. Additionally, it has been designed in such a way that it is easy for anyone to use, ensuring that every element is within reach and functions optimally.
In line with modern design, elegant and minimalist finishes have been chosen throughout the kitchen. Cabinet hardware is discrete and recessed LED lighting is used to create an ambient glow that complements the abundance of natural light.

This kitchen remodeling project not only meets the client’s expectations but also ensures that future guests can enjoy comfortable and functional spaces. Every corner of the kitchen was designed for enjoyment and comfort, making it an ideal place to cook, share, and live unforgettable moments. In addition to the kitchen design renovation, we provided the kitchen ceiling design and an initial proposal for the electrical plan that was not included in the initial budget.
